Together
We Can Create a Brighter Future for Children
World Vision believes that only by working together can we transform the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children. Since its establishment in 1950, World Vision has become one of the world’s largest child-focused humanitarian organizations, operating in nearly 100 countries.
In China, World Vision works with partners from across society, bringing our expertise and resource to transform children’s lives.
Transformational development:
We carry out community-based development projects across eight provinces in China. We work alongside children, families, government, and local partners to help communities address the root causes of poverty by improving health, providing access to clean water, building sustainable livelihood and resilience, educating children, and protecting them from all forms of harm.
Emergency response:
We help children and communities build resilience so they are better able to respond and cope when a disaster strikes. In the aftermath of a disaster, our response team is ready to deliver life-saving aid to those affected, especially children. After a disaster, we stay and shift our focus to recovery, helping children and their families rebuild their lives.
Advocacy:
World Vision aims to raise awareness on the issues faced by children and communities in need. Through our It takes a world to end domestic violence against children campaign, seek to build a safer environment for every child in China.
We work with multinational corporations and charity foundations of all sizes to create partnership solutions that align with their goals and broaden the impact of our work.

Our Partners
The KWOK Foundation
The KWOK Foundation has been partnering with World Vision since 2006 and supports various projects in China. Because of this generous support, World Vision has been able to build schools, provide education assistance, supply clean water, protect vulnerable children, help communities in need, and implement programs for children with special needs and migrant children.
POP’s Foundation
POP’s Foundation began partnering with World Vision China in 2003 to run the Prince of Peace Children’s Home (POPCH) in Tianjin.
