Looking to a new chapter with HOPE
Xiaobing is visually impaired. She attends a social service center supported by World Vision China.
When she first came to the center, Xioabing lacked confidence. She did not know how to take care of herself and was apprehensive about talking with other people.
But through training and encouragement from teachers and social workers, Xiaobing has learned navigation and mobility skills as well as life skills such as cooking.
Today, Xiaobing is a confident and jovial young girl who is filled with hope and optimism about her future.
With USD 30 every month, you will enable a child with special needs like Xiaobing have access to quality rehabilitation and nurturing they need to grow, flourish and experience life in all its fullness!

Child Protection

Emergency Response
When disasters happen, whether natural or manmade, we want children to have access to food, clean water, and shelter. After the emergency passes, we work with communities to rebuild with special focus on the psychosocial recovery of children and in building resilience to be better prepared for future disasters.
Special Needs Children
More than five million children in China live with a disability, the majority in rural areas that often lack the resources to support special needs. We seek to include people with disabilities in all we do to ensure that they are a part of the solution to poverty that we hope to build.

Good health empowers children, families, and communities, spurring them on to live fuller, freer, happier lives. We want to see better health access, lasting behavioral change, and to connect communities to what works so children and families can survive and thrive.
